Native Shoreline Workshop

September 10 | 9:00 am 10:00 am

SAVE THE DATE!

Join us at the Native Shoreline Workshop where we will be providing riparian residents with resources on how to improve their shorelines including what native shoreline plant species to use, design considerations, and shoreline regulations and permitting. Native vegetated shorelines provide great ecological value to waterways and wetlands. Native shorelines reduce erosion and nutrient runoff into the water, provide healthy and diverse wildlife habitat, prevent the establishment and spread of invasive species, and improve overall water quality, while also providing natural beauty to the area.
