Timmers Tree Tubes: Maintenance will just consist of lifting the protective tubes and brushing out any buildup of debris or leaf litter and hammering in any loose stakes. If trees have grown large enough to not need this protection, the tubes may be removed entirely. We’ll also hunt down any that have blown away. Due to the size of this field, we’ll likely be spending more than one Stew Crew day here.
When & Where: Park along Timmer Bay Rd across from 5156 Timmer Bay Rd or in the Timmer’s Resort lot if space is limited.
Bring: Work gloves & a water bottle! You’re welcome to bring your own mallet but we will bring some with as well.
