Stew Crew

We will be tackling invasive Wild Parsnip this week, by clipping and bagging the seedheads in the open prairie areas of Fox Hill Nature Preserve. 

When & Where: Thursday, July 9th, from 9-11 AM at Fox Hill Nature Preserve. Parking is available at 4214 Sleeping Dragon Road, West Bend, WI 53095, which is approximately half a mile east of Highway NN.

Bring: Long sleeves and work gloves are required for this workday! Wild Parsnip has sap that can react with sunlight to cause burns or rashes on the skin. With long sleeves and gloves, we will be fine, but bare arms are a no-go.
