We’ll be continuing to cut and treat Buckthorn and other invasives in the Thoma prairie. These are all small enough to be cut with loppers and then treat the stumps. Working a few weeks in a row in the same location really provides a chance to see the progress from week to week.
When & Where: CLCF’s Thoma Preserve on Thursday October 23rd from 9-11 AM. There is a parking area on the mowed road shoulder at the corner of Birchview Rd and County Highway Z, West Bend WI 53095. See the map below.
Bring work gloves. If you prefer to use your own loppers, go ahead and bring them with.
