We are at approximately 35 bags pulled of Garlic Mustard so far! It has been an amazing effort, and I’m glad we got a head start with the early spring. We are going to be taking a break from pulling at Fox Hill and head over to the Wiebrecht property. This 8.5-acre parcel is home to a loop of neighborhood trails and plentiful wildlife. Stew Crew hit the Garlic Mustard and Dame’s Rocket (now flowering as well) hard here last year, so let’s keep the momentum going!
When & Where: CLCF’s Wiebrecht Property on Thursday, May 21 from 9-11 AM. Parking is available along the road shoulder of Oak Lodge Rd, just south of the intersection with German Village Rd, West Bend WI 53095. If you need any help finding where to park, please reach out.
Bring: Work gloves and long sleeves.
