We will be back at Fox Hill to continue our efforts of pulling Garlic Mustard out of the woods. It’s flowering right now and easily identifiable. The rain the next two days should make the ground nice and soft for easy pulling. Fox Hill is beautiful this time of year with the Wild Geranium, Downy Yellow Violets, and Mayapples all in bloom. If you haven’t been out there for a hike yet this spring, I highly recommend it!
When & Where: Thursday May 22nd at Fox Hill Nature Preserve from 9-11 AM. Parking is available in the gravel lot at 4214 Sleeping Dragon Road, West Bend, WI 53095.
Bring: A pair of garden/work gloves. It may be a good idea to bring a backup rain jacket as well.
Hope to see you there!
