Timmers Tree Tubes: Maintenance will consist of lifting the protective tubes and brushing out any buildup of debris or leaf litter and hammering in or replacing any loose stakes. Over the last 4 years, many of these trees (and especially some shrubs) have grown large enough to not need this protection so the tubes may be removed entirely if they’re constraining the trees. Come help us finish up this field!
When & Where: Park along Timmer Bay Rd across from 5156 Timmer Bay Rd or in the Timmer’s Resort parking lot if space is limited.
Bring: Work gloves & a water bottle! You’re welcome to bring your own mallet but we will bring some with as well.
